Lisa has been the receptionist with Pettit & Pettit Law Office since 2007. Utilizing her many years in customer service, she provides a friendly, personal touch when interacting with our clients. Lisa's other responsibilities include data entry, maintaining files and preparing the office for depositions.
She lives in Mt. Vernon with her son. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, watching sports and spending time with her family and friends.
Charlotte

Charlotte is a small town girl who grew up in a rural setting in Southeast Missouri. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Springfield College with an Associates Degree in the Paralegal field. Charlotte has worked as a paralegal with Pettit and Pettit Law Offices since 2004. She is Scott's paralegal and assist him to manage his cases in personal injury, criminal, traffic and civil litigation.
In 2007-2008 she was a member of the review board for the Institute for Paralegal Education (IPE).Prior to her career as a paralegal, she was the administrative secretary to one of the Chief Operating Officers in the St. John's Hospital system.
When Charlotte is not working, she enjoys spending time with her two children and outdoor activities.
Samantha

Samantha - "Sam" has been with Pettit & Pettit for 5 years working in our medical records department. She communicates directly with Medicare, Medicaid, Insurance Companies and medical providers to subrogate claims. Medical payments are managed by Sam. With several years of experience as a department director and supervisor, she is very familiar with record keeping and organization. She assists the attorney to prepare Power Point presentations for court proceedings. Her problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task is a real asset to assist the client's needs.
She and her husband have two grown children. They are expecting their first grandchild in 2011. Besides preparing for her new role as a grandma, she enjoys visiting her daughter at Mizzou while taking in a ballgame.

Cindy is Walter Pettit's legal assistant. She is knowledgeable in the areas of probate, real estate and estate planning. She also assists Scott Pettit with his work in adoptions. She has previous legal experience in the areas of bankruptcy, domestic issues & collections. Other past professional experience as an administrative assistant in the business field has been an asset.
She enjoys spending time with her 3 grown children & 2 grandchildren and also enjoys reading, traveling and volunteering at her church.
